So are you guys really Lapidary Wizards?
• We’ve spent a lot of time and love with our jewelry and we think the results are pretty magical! We’ll never reveal our secrets, like any good magician, but we guarantee you’ll feel that magic when you wear our products!
Do you teleport my order directly to me after I place it?
• As deep as our wizardry goes, we’re still bound by the laws of physics (for now). So all orders will ship via USPS with tracking to ensure their safe and timely delivery to you!
When will you ship my order?
• As soon as your payment clears, we start working our magic to get your order to you as soon as possible. We usually ship within 1-2 business days of when you placed your order.
Who do I contact if there is a problem with my order?
• In the rare case there is a problem with your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work hard to resolve any issues for you!
You guys are out of stock on a piece of jewelry I have to get my hands on! When will you have it back in stock?
• Because our creative juices are always flowing and we are constantly adding new jewelry, stock may change rapidly and from day to day. We endeavor to keep your favorite things in stock, but since a lot of what we make is one of a kind, if you see something you like you should pick it up! We might not have it again!
What type of payments do you accept?
• In addition to taking credit cards and PayPal through our web-store, we also accept cash, Crypto and money orders.
How do I make a payment with cash or money orders?
• Please send all funds in USD. Money orders can be made out to Oracle Body Jewelry. We never suggest sending cash through the mail, but if you choose to do so please make sure to send the bills wrapped in paper for concealment and please do not send change. We cannot accept responsibility for any of these types of payments being lost in the mail.

If I pay with cash or a money order, when will my order ship?
• We will ship your order out either the same day we receive your payment or the next business day.
Is my information safe with you?
Do I need to create an account to order?
• We don’t require you to create an account to order. If you choose to order without an account please choose the guest checkout option.
Why should I create an account?
• Creating an account allows your to save your shipping information, see your past orders, access your wish list, and we will maybe have a few surprises along the way for you as well!
Quality Control And Manufacturer Guarantee
• We maintain the strictest quality control standards, carefully going over each piece of jewelry we make by hand to ensure they are free from even the most minor flaws and imperfections. That being said, since all of our jewelry is handmade there can be a +/- variance of 1mm in size and minor variances in color and patterns. We won’t sell you anything we wouldn’t wear ourselves and we guarantee, no matter what you order, it will be beautiful. We offer a Manufacturer Guarantee on all products for 30 days (This does not cover breakage or chipping of your jewelry due to dropping, etc) . An item which needs repair after the 30 day period will incur a small repair fee if the repair is possible.
• We now offer the option for our wholesale customers to order directly through the website! In order to make wholesale purchases you'll need to sign up for an account through the "Account" page at the top of the site and after sign up is completed please email us at email@example.com so we can finish your wholesale account set up. Please make sure to include you company name as this is VERY important. Please also note that we will ONLY ship to your business address and not residential addresses for wholesale orders. Wholesale orders can still be made by phone at 512-775-2953 Monday through Saturday from 10AM to 5PM Central Time Zone, or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that there is no further discounts on Sale items, clearance items, standard rings and specimen items. We are excited to share yet another way to order with you and are always looking to keep making your Oracle Body Jewelry shopping experience more convenient.
• We accept returns ONLY on broken or defective jewelry in it's original sealed bag. In order to maintain the highest quality of jewelry we cannot accept returns for any other reason (Ordered the wrong size/stone/style/etc.). If you have any questions about our return policy please feel free to email us at email@example.com Damage or problems should be reported immediately, Absolutely NO RETURNS on any items of which the seal has been broken on it's bag.
