Returns

Returns are accepted only when an item:

• Arrives damaged
• Has a defect in materials or workmanship
• Is not the item that was ordered

We cannot accept returns or exchanges because the wrong size, material, stone, color, style, or other product option was ordered.

Sealed Packaging

All body jewelry and earrings are shipped in sealed packaging.

Please carefully inspect your jewelry through the packaging before opening it.

To be eligible for a return, jewelry must remain sealed in its original Oracle Body Jewelry packaging. Once the sealed packaging has been opened, the item is considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for health and hygiene reasons.

Natural Materials

Many of our pieces are handmade and feature natural materials such as stone, wood, horn, shell, and other organic materials.

Natural variations in color, pattern, translucency, inclusions, veining, texture, and other characteristics are part of the individual nature of these materials and are not considered defects.

Individual pieces may vary from photographs shown on our website.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you believe you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and before opening the sealed packaging.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Photographs of the item and packaging when possible

Please do not send an item back without contacting us first.

Once a return has been approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

For approved returns involving damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items, Oracle Body Jewelry will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

You may request either:

• A replacement of the same item and size, when available, or
• A refund to the original payment method

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund or replacement.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. After a refund is issued, processing times may vary depending on your bank, credit card company, or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error by Oracle Body Jewelry or the item arrived damaged or defective.

30-Day Craftsmanship Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our jewelry.

If a defect in materials or workmanship becomes apparent within 30 days of delivery, please contact us so we can evaluate the issue.

This guarantee does not cover accidental damage, dropping, chipping, improper use, normal wear, misuse, or damage that occurs after receiving the jewelry.

Repairs outside the guarantee period may be available for a reasonable repair fee when the item can be repaired.
